P3 had a visit from Cathy who works for the Dog's Trust. She brought her dog Gillie with her and he chased his toy and then we were allowed to stroke him. Cathy told us how to stay safe around dogs. Never run away from a dog but stand still and keep our hands tucked in. Always ask the grown up we are with if we can go over to a dog. Then we need to ask the owner if it's ok to stroke the dog and find out where the dog likes to be stroked. This will help keep us safe.
