Renewable Energy

We had a visit from Margaret from Sentinus to teach us more about renewable energy, as part of our Electricity topic. 
We built wind turbines, explored how solar panels can make motors work and looked at how hydroelectric power works. 
It was a great workshop with lots of practical science to help us understand these tricky concepts.
