People Who Help Us - Nurse

Nurse Ruth came to visit us today to teach us how to keep ourselves safe. 

We learnt:

• how to use medicine safely
• how to stay safe at home, especially around dangerous items
• how to keep safe when out and about
• how to try and look after ourselves so we don't get sick
• keeping our hands clean
• all about germs

Ruth also told us about the important job she does.

We really enjoyed her visit.
